In fulfilment of what is laid down in section 27 of Royal Decree 2019/1997, of 26 December, which organises and regulates the market for the production of electrical energy, and establishes the need to draw up and make public a code of conduct applicable to OMEL, using the corresponding agreements of this Company’s Board of Directors, the following document has been approved.
